  • HR Assistant supporting recruitment processes at SCHEMA M, a leading performance marketing agency. Involves candidate management and HR team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the application process from screening through documentation in Recruitee
  • Communicate with applicants and coordinate and conduct initial interviews
  • Organize second interviews and manage case studies
  • Active sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn Recruiter, including outreach and calls
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines and analyze relevant recruiting metrics
  • Support HR processes, job postings and onboarding materials

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Business Psychology/Industrial-Organizational Psychology, HR, Psychology, Communication Studies or similar)
  • Interest in recruiting, HR and people-related topics
  • Very structured, reliable and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly demeanour
  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
