About the role

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive support of employees from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements, legal requirements and company policies
  • Reliable execution of payroll-relevant processes, including special payments, job classifications, reclassifications and personnel-related changes
  • Providing competent advice to employees on all matters related to employment, compensation and absences
  • Responsible for timely reports and official notifications, and for monitoring required documentation and statutory obligations
  • Processing applications for training and further education, business travel and educational leave, and managing funding/grants with external agencies

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training with an HR focus or equivalent qualification, plus professional experience in human resources
  • Good understanding of HR processes and knowledge of employment and social law
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with HR management systems such as LOGA or SAP
  • Experience independently structuring and managing tasks
  • Team-oriented, service-minded working style and confident demeanor when interacting with employees, managers and external parties
