Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day administration of FMLA, state and local leave programs
Serve as primary contact for employees requesting various leaves
Administer and track leave cases in Workday
Monitor payroll for colleagues on leave
Partner with third-party administrators on leave claims
Conduct training for HRBPs and managers on policies and processes
Manage the interactive process for colleague accommodation requests
Collaborate with Benefits team on broader administration tasks
Requirements
3–5 years of progressive HR experience focused on leave administration
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state and local leave laws
Experience managing case workload
Proficiency with HRIT and leave systems (Workday preferred)
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Demonstrated discretion and integrity
Professional certification(s) such as PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, or CPDM preferred
