About the role

  • Responding to a broad range of HR queries that come into the People Queries inbox.
  • Act as the first line of response while working with a designated HR Advisor and HR Business Partner to provide excellent service to departments.
  • Ensure all payroll actions are completed within the relevant deadlines.
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process from the point of paperwork being completed up to day one of employment.
  • Updating internal databases and HR Information System (Oracle Fusion) to maintain accurate data during the employee life cycle.
  • Respond to employee and line manager queries regarding HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance checks are met for all new employees.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in an HR function.
  • Ability to really manage and prioritise numerous tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow processes and be able to multi-task.
  • Oracle Fusion systems experience.
  • Ability to prioritise and work as part of a team.
