Act as the first line of response while working with a designated HR Advisor and HR Business Partner to provide excellent service to departments.
Ensure all payroll actions are completed within the relevant deadlines.
Ensuring a smooth onboarding process from the point of paperwork being completed up to day one of employment.
Updating internal databases and HR Information System (Oracle Fusion) to maintain accurate data during the employee life cycle.
Respond to employee and line manager queries regarding HR-related issues.
Ensure compliance checks are met for all new employees.
Requirements
Previous experience of working in an HR function.
Ability to really manage and prioritise numerous tasks.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to follow processes and be able to multi-task.
Oracle Fusion systems experience.
Ability to prioritise and work as part of a team.
