About the role

  • Maintain and audit HR data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Coordinate HR documentation, policy updates, and intranet content
  • Liaise with payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other HR functions to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage HR reporting, including headcount tracking and organizational changes
  • Respond to manager and employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR processes
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI
  • Support HRIS troubleshooting and recommend system/process improvements
  • Assist in preparing data for RFPs, due diligence, and internal audits
  • Partner with manager to follow up on Employee Survey results and action plans
  • Support Talent Management and Succession Planning processes, including data tracking and coordination
  • Contribute to performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Participate in HR projects and change management efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, coordination, or advisory roles
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Proficiency with Power BI
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset (preferred)
  • Eager to learn and grow into a strategic HRBP role (preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment (preferred)
