About the role

  • HR Administrator managing key employee lifecycle processes including leave and query management. Supporting HR cycles and maintaining employee data in Workday at Deloitte.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of key employee lifecycle processes such as leave management, employee letter requests, probation tracking, reward and benefits, and contracts of employment
  • Respond to employee queries within agreed lead times
  • Support annual HR cycles including performance, reward, and benefits
  • Review and maintain ongoing data updates, ensuring accuracy on relevant systems
  • Maintain and update employee details on our HR system, Workday
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of in-house systems, internal policies, and processes, providing guidance to users as required
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as they arise

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar HR advisory role
  • Excellent organisational skills with first-rate attention to detail
  • Experience using data entry systems and ability to quickly learn firm-specific systems and processes
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with strong knowledge of data protection requirements
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to deliver tasks and turnaround deliverables in a timely manner
  • Good communicator who keeps team/leads informed of progress and escalates issues as necessary
  • Experience with an HR system is desirable but not essential
