- Support annual HR cycles including performance, reward, and benefits
- Review and maintain ongoing data updates, ensuring accuracy on relevant systems
- Maintain and update employee details on our HR system, Workday
- Develop in-depth knowledge of in-house systems, internal policies, and processes, providing guidance to users as required
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as they arise
Requirements
- Experience in a similar HR advisory role
- Excellent organisational skills with first-rate attention to detail
- Experience using data entry systems and ability to quickly learn firm-specific systems and processes
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with strong knowledge of data protection requirements
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to deliver tasks and turnaround deliverables in a timely manner
- Good communicator who keeps team/leads informed of progress and escalates issues as necessary
- Experience with an HR system is desirable but not essential
