About the role

  • HR Ops Leader for LATAM operations based in São Paulo, focusing on payroll, benefits, and compliance. Leading and modernizing HR processes and serving as a strategic partner for leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Personnel Administration and Payroll operations for the countries under your responsibility
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and local best practices
  • Structure and advance Compensation processes, including policies, practices, and governance
  • Support the development and modernization of the Benefits strategy
  • Develop metrics, rituals, and controls for the function
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership
  • Develop and coach the HR Ops team

Requirements

  • Solid experience in HR Operations (Personnel Administration, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits)
  • Experience managing at the LATAM level
  • Hands-on experience in compensation projects
  • Advanced or fluent Spanish (mandatory)
  • Advanced English
  • Experience in dynamic, high-growth, or organizational transformation environments
