Requirements
- Solid experience in HR Operations (Personnel Administration, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits)
- Experience managing at the LATAM level
- Hands-on experience in compensation projects
- Advanced or fluent Spanish (mandatory)
- Advanced English
- Experience in dynamic, high-growth, or organizational transformation environments
