Responsibilities
Lead Personnel Administration and Payroll operations for the countries under your responsibility
Ensure compliance with labor laws and local best practices
Structure and advance Compensation processes, including policies, practices, and governance
Support the development and modernization of the Benefits strategy
Develop metrics, rituals, and controls for the function
Act as a strategic partner to leadership
Develop and coach the HR Ops team
Requirements
Solid experience in HR Operations (Personnel Administration, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits)
Experience managing at the LATAM level
Hands-on experience in compensation projects
Advanced or fluent Spanish (mandatory)
Advanced English
Experience in dynamic, high-growth, or organizational transformation environments
