Requirements
5+ years of HR leadership experience, including strategic planning, talent management, and employee engagement, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD Level 5 or higher preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
Expertise in HR best practices, strategic planning, organisational design, workforce development and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Ensures HR practices comply with employment law, governance standards and industry regulations.
Aligns people strategy with business goals, regulatory requirements and future workforce needs.
