Shape and drive company culture, ensuring values are embedded consistently across all locations.
Lead performance management frameworks that connect individual and team outcomes with business success.
Oversee global talent acquisition strategy, setting direction with the HR & Office Manager who will manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
Develop staff retention, succession planning, and leadership programs that strengthen long-term organisational capability.
Design competitive compensation, benefits, and reward strategies that are fair, motivating, and locally compliant in each jurisdiction.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), fostering inclusive practices across all offices and teams.
Guide organisational change and learning initiatives, with program delivery executed by the HR & Office Manager.
Leverage HR analytics, compliance frameworks, and best practices to inform senior management decision-making, manage risk, and ensure consistency across multiple geographies.
Report directly to the CEO.
Requirements
Based in Malta
5+ years of proven experience in senior HR leadership, ideally across multiple countries
Strong knowledge of organisational design, workforce planning, and HR strategy
Proven ability to partner with senior management and act as a trusted advisor to leadership
Skilled in shaping company culture, DEI, and employee engagement initiatives
Experience overseeing talent acquisition and retention strategies (execution led by HR & Office Manager)
Confident in designing compensation and benefits frameworks across different jurisdictions
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams
Strategic mindset, balancing people needs with business objectives
