Responsibilities
Maintain a cadence of meetings with direct and indirect reports, ensuring activities are executed with a high level of quality and delivery;
Own and maintain accurate forecasts on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis;
Ensure regular commercial engagement with key clients in the portfolio;
Participate in sales processes and complex negotiations;
Anticipate client problems and needs, directing the team to act quickly and efficiently;
Respond to urgent demands, ensuring outputs always keep the client at the center while adhering to company policies;
Be recognized in the industry as a trusted advisor on Influencer Marketing;
Lead, guide and develop a team of professionals, including coordinators, account managers, strategists and creatives, to deliver customized client service;
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes creativity, innovation and continuous improvement;
Provide guidance, support and training to team members to help them grow both personally and professionally;
Act as a reliable consultant to clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges and opportunities to develop tailored influencer marketing strategies that deliver results;
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, strategic guidance and proactive problem solving;
Act as a facilitator for teams when engaging with key clients, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded at every stage of the relationship;
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth, increase client satisfaction and improve retention;
Define a specific working methodology for onboarding new accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction;
Focus on maintaining consistent client investment in influencer marketing;
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, planning and operations teams to identify opportunities for innovation, expansion and market differentiation;
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to guide strategic decision-making and maintain competitive advantage;
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and success of client campaigns and initiatives;
Monitor performance data, analyze trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders;
Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to executive leadership, highlighting team performance and strategic recommendations for optimization and efficiency gains.
Requirements
5+ years of experience leading and managing people in media and advertising companies
Strong analytical skills, strategic planning and sales forecasting abilities, with the capacity to synthesize market insights and translate them into actionable strategies and direction for teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
