About the role

  • Growth Marketing Manager focusing on CRM campaigns and user journey for language learning app. Collaborating with teams to enhance user retention and conversion rates through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Track, analyze, and manage the performance of ongoing CRM campaigns
  • Write creative copies and launch CRM campaigns on Email and LINE, for both seasonal and evergreen marketing activities
  • Identify opportunities for in-app growth throughout the user lifecycle and explore potential channels using data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Paid Marketing, and Brand Marketing, to run projects that create synergy through lifecycle initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in growth marketing, with an emphasis on CRM and lifecycle management
  • Strong proficiency in lifecycle strategies that resonate with a diverse existing userbase
  • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring campaign effectiveness and making data-driven decisions
  • Previous experience in managing CRM for a subscription-based app product a plus
  • Fluent in business English, with the ability to communicate execution plans clearly and effectively to stakeholders abroad in both written and spoken communication.
