About the role

  • Act as the primary People Partner to Operating Committee leaders, aligning people strategy with global business objectives and transformation priorities.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner, anticipating workforce needs and designing people solutions that enable growth, resilience, and competitiveness.
  • Support senior leaders in connecting HR strategy to an enterprise mindset and cascade enterprise/divisional priorities.
  • Partner with leaders to design and execute organizational structures, workforce strategies, and operating models.
  • Lead organizational transformation efforts, shaping talent strategies to enable digital adoption, AI/automation, and evolving market needs.
  • Ensure change management and communications strategies reinforce engagement and adoption across global teams.
  • Ensure a future-focused talent strategy with succession pipelines, leadership development, and career growth frameworks.
  • Provide coaching and counsel to senior leaders on complex organizational and people matters.
  • Oversee execution of annual and cyclical people processes including Performance Management, Succession Planning, Rewards, and Talent Development.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, policy, and governance frameworks in restructurings and workforce actions.
  • Actively manage high-risk employee relations issues.
  • Collaborate across COEs, Shared Services, and divisional learning teams to deliver a unified "One People" voice and lead divisional/enterprise People initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience in complex, global organizations.
  • Exposure to senior executive stakeholders and responsibility for a few European countries.
  • Track record of impact in strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development, particularly in transformation contexts.
  • Well-developed consulting and coaching skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and build trust with senior leaders.
  • Ability to quickly gain business knowledge and connect people strategy to overall business performance.
  • Holistic problem-solver, comfortable with detail and cross-organizational patterns.
  • Experience contributing to complex change initiatives and supporting cultural transformation.
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
  • Willingness to travel to USA, up to 6 times a year.
  • Preferred: Experience in Total Rewards, Talent Development, or similar functions.
  • Preferred: Proven experience in implementing or working within Agile organizations.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated experience in supporting Technology teams.
  • Preferred: Advanced degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • Preferred: Experience in Global People/HR Partner role.
