Serve as a strategic thought partner, anticipating workforce needs and designing people solutions that enable growth, resilience, and competitiveness.
Support senior leaders in connecting HR strategy to an enterprise mindset and cascade enterprise/divisional priorities.
Partner with leaders to design and execute organizational structures, workforce strategies, and operating models.
Lead organizational transformation efforts, shaping talent strategies to enable digital adoption, AI/automation, and evolving market needs.
Ensure change management and communications strategies reinforce engagement and adoption across global teams.
Ensure a future-focused talent strategy with succession pipelines, leadership development, and career growth frameworks.
Provide coaching and counsel to senior leaders on complex organizational and people matters.
Oversee execution of annual and cyclical people processes including Performance Management, Succession Planning, Rewards, and Talent Development.
Ensure compliance with legal, policy, and governance frameworks in restructurings and workforce actions.
Collaborate across COEs, Shared Services, and divisional learning teams to deliver a unified "One People" voice and lead divisional/enterprise People initiatives.
Requirements
8+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience in complex, global organizations.
Exposure to senior executive stakeholders and responsibility for a few European countries.
Track record of impact in strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development, particularly in transformation contexts.
Well-developed consulting and coaching skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and build trust with senior leaders.
Ability to quickly gain business knowledge and connect people strategy to overall business performance.
Holistic problem-solver, comfortable with detail and cross-organizational patterns.
Experience contributing to complex change initiatives and supporting cultural transformation.
Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
Willingness to travel to USA, up to 6 times a year.
Preferred: Experience in Total Rewards, Talent Development, or similar functions.
Preferred: Proven experience in implementing or working within Agile organizations.
