About the role

  • Functional CRM Support role focusing on test case creation and execution. Ensuring software applications meet specified requirements with on-site attendance and potential remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Complete creation and execution of test cases on time based on the schedule.
  • Report back to the team issues/bugs/failures ASAP since there could be impact to the overall implementation schedule.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in a functional application role.
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience with creating and executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and verifying that software applications meet specified requirements and function correctly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
