Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the President’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, and conference registration.
Prepare executive-level responses to routine memos, letters, and correspondence.
Attend Executive Team and other leadership meetings; record minutes and track follow-up tasks.
Provide in-person and in-office support when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of four years of experience providing administrative support to a senior-level executive.
Demonstrated experience in scheduling and calendaring, preferably using Microsoft Outlook.
Proven ability to compose, edit, proofread, and format written materials.
Ability to type 55 WPM.
Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
