About the role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve aggressive sales targets
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers
  • Lead the development and delivery of highly effective presentations to position CPG's value proposition
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and regular reporting
  • Represent CPG at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Experience within an experiential marketing, creative agency, or live events environment
  • A strategic thinker with demonstrated business acumen, strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of consultative sales processes, outstanding negotiation and closing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
