About the role

  • Business Development Manager at FRANK, focusing on growth through partnerships and customer relationships. Collaborating with leadership to implement sales strategies in a dynamic real estate market.

Responsibilities

  • Actively drive FRANK's growth by establishing new partnerships.
  • Further develop existing customer relationships and sales models as well as go-to-market strategies.
  • Close collaboration with leadership from Operations, Development, and Marketing.
  • Responsibility for own acquisition projects.
  • Actively contribute to the further development of the ecosystem.
  • Maintain and expand FRANK's network.
  • Actively acquire new customers with cross- and up-selling potential.
  • Implement the business development and sales strategy and conduct market analyses.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel — from lead generation through pre-sales and pricing to closing.
  • Project ownership and close collaboration with the leadership team and other experts.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in real estate-related business development, sales, or partner management.
  • Experience in new customer acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and market and competitor analysis.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally including implementations.
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • High degree of initiative, proactivity, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Clear and persuasive communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn and enjoyment of a dynamic, evolving work environment.
