Develop and implement HR strategy for the Technology Center, supporting the goals and growth objectives of the TWDC Technology Center
Serve as partner and trusted adviser to the Technology Center Leadership Team and other senior leaders in India
Develop, implement and integrate all human resource policies and programs
Hire and develop team members in key human resources areas: Talent Acquisition, Organization & Talent Solutions, HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and HR Operations
Lead people initiatives involving significant complexity, including consulting, coaching and influencing senior executives and leading complex change management projects
Manage and lead the HR organization in India to include HR development and keep the team highly engaged
Partner closely with the VP, HR (APAC), APAC COEs and Segment HR to deploy global and regional HR strategies locally
Maintain and implement compelling and engaging compensation and benefits programs
Drive talent attraction and engagement and oversee employer brand marketing campaigns
Oversee local Global HR Operations team and ensure practices aligned to local needs
Manage headcount reporting and Cast Member Relations budget across India, and headcount processes during AOP and LRP
Ensure TWDC employment systems, policies and processes are compliant with all local Employment legislation, awards and laws
Monitor employment law changes and work with legal partners on policy and process reviews
Drive employee engagement through Cast Member engagement programs and leverage survey feedback
Lead crisis management planning and provide on the ground crisis management/care team support for India
Requirements
12 + Years of HR leadership role in a dynamic, multi-national and matrixed environment
Experience in a Technology company based in India is preferred
Track record of successfully implementing and managing best practice HR strategy, processes and systems
Strong knowledge and experience with HR Business Partner (generalist), Talent Acquisition/Planning, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Change Management, and Diversity & Inclusion functions
Broad business and financial understanding and the ability to apply to human capital implications
Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex business/financial data and develop innovative and holistic HR solutions
Resilience to work within a complex organization and find creative solutions
Willingness to work and integrate with multiple partners and manage simultaneous priorities
Strong executive consulting and client relationship skills
Proven collaboration skills with the ability to gain consensus through personal influence
Proven ability to manage conflict and the courage to challenge organizational thinking
Demonstrated ability to invite diverse perspectives, and promote an inclusive work environment
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Employment Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience gained within an international, matrixed organization)
Master’s Degree in Human Resources/ Employment Relations (or related field), highly regarded
