  • Organize local events and help plan seminars and retreats
  • Lead or support HR-related projects with accuracy
  • Manage the company's travel schedule and coordinate business trips
  • Create visual materials and clear presentations
  • Draft and share internal and external communications

Requirements

  • Proficient in recruitment, payroll, events, communications, and project work
  • Excellent candidate experience skills
  • Able to juggle priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication (French and English)
