Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of HR, senior-level experience, especially in HR Business Partnering.
- Experience supporting global, highly matrixed organizations, preferably in Commercial settings.
- Successfully led change initiatives and worked closely with customers.
- Credibility as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to senior management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Advanced knowledge of international labour laws and regulations and delivering results in this environment.
- Highly collaborative with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business strategies into measurable HR strategies.
- Proven ability to mentor and influence senior leaders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Advanced level of business English (written and spoken); additional European languages a plus.
