About the role

  • Oversee Brand Strategy across assigned brands
  • Lead a team responsible for managing the strategy, execution, and development of the Scripps brands
  • Develop and implement strategy to increase visibility and exposure
  • Create marketing briefs for key marketing campaigns
  • Manage and coordinate all media, communications, marketing, advertising and promotional activities
  • Conceptualize, develop, and implement marketing plans and projects
  • Manage productivity and effectiveness of those plans
  • Devise and execute content marketing plans
  • Build awareness, drive traffic, and create overall business value

Requirements

  • BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent years of experience preferred
  • Requires 8+ years of experience in marketing/brand strategy, with 5+ years in the sports industry
  • Prior managerial experience preferred
