About the role

  • Communications & Brand Specialist developing communications strategies for Boeing's Engineering workforce. Involving storytelling through various media and supporting Engineering Communications initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute communications that highlight our high-tech Engineering workforce across Boeing Australia
  • Support enterprise-wide Engineering Communications activities and local initiatives
  • Contribute content towards our 2027 Centenary celebrations
  • Communicate internally and externally about our Engineering story
  • Work across subsidiaries with Boeing Engineering focals, business leaders, and external partners

Requirements

  • More than five years’ experience in corporate communications within a large complex organisation
  • Excellent writing and media skills across a range of mediums, including video and social media
  • Communications consulting skills
  • Ability to coach and prepare senior executives for internal and external engagements
  • Top-notch organizational skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • High level organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel interstate to fulfil work requirements
  • Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements
