Responsibilities
Own, build and scale the brands of fin-house and Startup Accountancy
Define the brand voice, tone and messaging frameworks
Lead brand-led campaigns: launches, thought leadership, partnerships, events
Create and maintain brand guidelines
Work closely with founders and leadership team to translate vision into brand expression
Shape how the business shows up externally
Requirements
6–10+ years’ experience in brand and/or marketing roles
Proven experience leading brand strategy and positioning
Comfortable owning marketing as a function, not just a slice of it
Strong commercial instincts and understands how brand supports growth
Confident operating as a one‑person function with external support
Able to brief, manage and challenge agencies and freelancers
Happy working with ambiguity and building things from scratch
Experience in B2B, professional services, SaaS or founder‑led businesses is a strong plus.
