About the role

  • Provide consultative onboarding to Global Nexis Solutions customers and ensure maximized product use
  • Maintain and build customer relationships and ensure solutions meet requirements
  • Gather customer insights to inform product development and liaise with product teams
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and resources
  • Demonstrate how Nexis Solutions improves efficiency and cost savings
  • Discover unmet customer needs, define solutions, and manage implementation and onboarding
  • Act as point of contact for issue resolution, coordinating with support and technical teams
  • Keep customers informed of trends and support market events like tradeshows and seminars
  • Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute tailored customer success plans

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience or interest in the Information industry
  • Familiarity with research, media monitoring and/or due diligence use cases
  • Preferably experience in customer success, sales or consulting
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a territory
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally and collaborate across teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in German and proficiency in English
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Record of working independently and demonstrating decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to travel as needed
