Responsibilities
Extract databases, perform analyses, and create strategic clusters for campaign segmentation and CRM communication workflows.
Monitor CRM metrics and develop recurring reports to track the area’s performance.
Work in a multidisciplinary, collaborative way—partnering with teams such as Growth, Media, Product, Communications, and Data to align strategic actions.
Identify opportunities to improve the database, segmentation strategies, and internal CRM processes.
Ensure CRM governance by developing data automation, defining and tracking key indicators, and enforcing best practices and approval flows.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of SQL and data manipulation.
Advanced skills in data analysis and creation of strategic segmentations.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Weni, Intercom, etc.).
Experience measuring CRM communication workflows and personalized communication strategies.
Data-driven analytical mindset, with experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
