Responsibilities
Manage the entire implementation of the solution and track scope, time, and budget.
Guide customers through the QuickStart onboarding journey.

Requirements
At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company.
Ability to build great customer journeys.
Strong analytical and process optimization skills.
Ability to communicate with senior management and different departments.
Diplomatic with assertive communication style.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
Understanding of Information Security & Cyber Security.
