About the role

  • Manage the entire implementation of the solution and track scope, time, and budget.
  • Guide customers through the QuickStart onboarding journey.
  • Maintain excellent customer success and contact with customers.
  • Cooperate with the Customer Support Advisor to solve complex issues.
  • Drive growth in the customer portfolio and assist the sales team with cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company.
  • Ability to build great customer journeys.
  • Strong analytical and process optimization skills.
  • Ability to communicate with senior management and different departments.
  • Diplomatic with assertive communication style.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Understanding of Information Security & Cyber Security.
