About the role

  • Contact Center Hybrid Specialist supporting members via phone and video at Summit Credit Union. Assisting in managing finances and promoting products for improved financial well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to members via phone and video.
  • Educate members on Summit’s products and services.
  • Resolve inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Refer members to appropriate departments or specialists.
  • Meet service and sales goals through structured training and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, and USA Patriot Act/CIP regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (1+ year in financial or contact center preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic financial calculations.
