Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service to members via phone and video.
Educate members on Summit’s products and services.
Resolve inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
Refer members to appropriate departments or specialists.
Meet service and sales goals through structured training and coaching.
Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, and USA Patriot Act/CIP regulations.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of customer service experience (1+ year in financial or contact center preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic financial calculations.
