Responsibilities
In this full-time role with a strong focus on Retail & Services, you will actively support customer acquisition and lead generation.
You will be part of the Sales and Consulting team and guide clients in the early phase of their digital transformation.
You will advise clients at project kick-off on requirements and implementation options and help to successfully position innovative solutions in the market.
Actively contribute to lead generation, customer acquisition, and building sales partnerships
Support go-to-market initiatives across digital and offline channels
Advise clients in the early project phase (analysis, requirements, concept)
Conduct market analysis and identify strategic targets
Respond to tenders in internal coordination with specialist departments
Assist in designing digital solutions (apps, portals, workflows)
Collaborate with project managers and development teams (offshore)
Requirements
University degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration or Business Informatics (Information Systems)
Initial experience in sales, business analysis, or consulting is an advantage
Confident and persuasive presence
Affinity for digitalization and its technical implementation
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Very good command of German and English
