About the role

  • Business Development Executive driving customer acquisition in B2B sector within textile industry for company growth. Analyzing market trends and maintaining lead pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments, understand their needs and preferences, and tailor acquisition efforts accordingly.
  • Generate high-quality leads through effective lead generation techniques.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Optimize conversion funnels to maximize the conversion rate of acquired leads to customers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and business development team to ensure smooth handoff and alignment of customer acquisition efforts with sales objectives.
  • Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream, preferably business.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales/ business development.
  • Proven experience in customer acquisition in the B2B industry, preferably textile.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer acquisition.
