About the role

  • Manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance
  • Organise and attend board meetings
  • Prepare agendas and related documents
  • Handle appointment and resignation of directors
  • Provide induction to new board members
  • Prepare and manage legal documents
  • Maintain confidentiality of corporate documents
  • Liaise with external legal advisers on international matters

Requirements

  • Strong experience in corporate governance
  • Strong understanding of company law
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organised and methodical
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong experience managing regulatory and statutory filings
  • Proficient in Diligent Entities (preferred)
  • CGI part-qualified / qualified or equivalent legal qualification (preferred)
