About the role

  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Engage and set up meetings with IT executives in enterprise accounts
  • Prospect and produce qualified leads
  • Send personal, strategic, value-added outreach
  • Develop opportunities within named accounts using well-researched, high-touch, multi-channel cadences
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Record all communication in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Collaborate with account executives and BDR team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or similar working experience
  • 2+ years in a SaaS SDR/BDR role
  • Solid track record of success and achievement of sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
  • Confident talking to C-level executives
  • Experience with SaaS sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach)
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset and ability to manage a varied workload
  • Talent for building strong relationships
  • Persuasive, high-energy personality
  • Stellar organizational skills and people smarts
