About the role

  • Prospecting by following up on inbound marketing leads and outbound prospecting to new leads
  • Researching prospects and actively reaching out to potential customers through phone and email
  • Exhibit product knowledge by understanding and articulating Euna’s value proposition to customers
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to help understand and fill their pipeline with qualified leads
  • Secure qualified sales leads by engaging in conversations to understand customer goals and find alignment
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives who will take clients through the remainder of the sales cycle
  • Achieve quota attainment for meetings held and meetings booked (qualified sales leads)
  • KPIs include driving qualified leads, number of meetings held, and conversion to SQLs
  • Ability to work outside of core business hours to support territories in different time zones

Requirements

  • Relevant education or experience in a sales position, either in B2C or B2B capacity
  • Understanding of SaaS industry
  • Demonstrated persistence and willingness to relentlessly follow up with prospects
  • Track record of meeting goals and objectives
  • Ability to qualify prospects and inquisitive nature
  • Confident and passionate when engaging with customers
  • Genuine relationship-builder and customer-focused
  • Drive for continuous improvement with examples of process improvements
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Experience with a CRM or Salesforce is advantageous
  • Ability to work outside of core business hours to support different time zones
  • Legally able to work full time in Canada
