About the role

  • You conduct initial conversations with potential clients, quickly identify their challenges, and spark their interest in our AI platform
  • You find the right contacts, qualify them professionally, and ensure our Account Executive team can engage effectively
  • You proactively reach out to new customers via email, social selling, webinars, and other channels you test, generating high-quality meetings
  • You understand what our customers truly need and help translate tailored solutions for a successful collaboration with amber into their everyday work
  • You work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns for target industries and convert interest into concrete sales opportunities
  • You have a good sense of market movements, listen carefully to what leads are saying, and feed your insights directly into our strategy
  • You actively help automate sales processes to make our operations more efficient and scalable

Requirements

  • You have initial experience in sales, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, and are eager to hit the ground running with the team
  • You have a feel for the needs of new customers and an eye for sales potential that you identify and leverage independently
  • You are confident working with lead databases and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and use these tools smartly to fill your pipeline
  • You communicate clearly and reliably—in German and English—with various stakeholders
  • You are either familiar with artificial intelligence or eager to learn quickly about these topics
