About the role
- Adopt a Safety First mindset and comply with all required H&S standards
- Drive distribution of AG Barr Focus lines, ensuring stores stock “must stock” lines and showcase new products
- Embed energy portfolio and Focus 5 Brands; increase rate of sale and distribution for energy and 500ml packs
- Deliver sales KPIs: market share growth, scorecard improvement, new accounts opened, display, POS placement, availability
- Activate Brand Plans/In-Store Activation; sell and communicate brand plans locally and educate retailers
- Build and maintain retailer relationships; participate in targeted tactical activity drives
- Demonstrate market share growth through scorecard improvement in defined territory
- Present brands via prepared presentations and secure commitments to purchase; support remerchandising
- Complete admin tasks, e.g., order sheets and call reports
- Build brand awareness through excellent execution at point of purchase
- Improve distribution of key brands in line with marketing plan
Requirements
- Full driving license essential
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and good personal leadership
- Self motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- A good standard of presentation skills
- Ability to communicate internally using account performance data
- Demonstrable strong in-store execution
- Fluent in English
- Flexibility to attend monthly team meetings that may require overnights
