About the role

  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers across our dealer network
  • Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and new prospects
  • Act as a digital advisor, helping dealers boost their online performance and reach more buyers
  • Manage your sales pipeline end to end, consistently hitting and exceeding targets
  • Stay on top of our product portfolio and tailor solutions to client needs
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage both short and long sales cycles
  • Keep accounts healthy through regular check-ins, creative campaigns, and proactive issue resolution
  • Share insights from the field with the wider team to shape our strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Strong account management skills, able to balance multiple clients and priorities
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to build trust
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Salesforce is a bonus)
  • Tech-savvy and curious about digital trends; eager to grow expertise in motor and digital industries
  • Based in Ireland with full working rights (application asks for this)
