About the role

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Germany, focusing on non-emergency transport providers, insurance companies, and healthcare organisations
  • Participate in complex tender processes with private practices, medical groups, and insurance companies
  • Support onboarding and provide basic implementation assistance for smooth program launches
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management detailing project progress, market trends, and strategic recommendations
  • Build and grow own team as the business scales and shape healthcare mobility offerings

Requirements

  • +5 years of sales or business development or account management experience, ideally in healthcare sector
  • Experienced sales professional with a strong history of surpassing performance targets and driving consistent revenue growth
  • Adept at maintaining and expanding client relationships, with a proven ability to bring existing customers into new business opportunities
  • Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
