Responsibilities
Develop and implement the branding strategy for Casar.com, ensuring consistency of visual and verbal identity across all platforms and initiatives.
Plan, produce, and execute large-scale proprietary events, and manage strategic brand participation in relevant industry events to drive awareness, generate leads, and strengthen relationships.
Create and lead innovative brand activation initiatives that engage our target audience and reinforce our values and differentiators.
Oversee social media strategy and management (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and influencer marketing, ensuring relevant content and high performance.
Act as the guardian of communication, ensuring all external and internal messages align with the brands’ strategic positioning, with solidity, coherence, and respect.
Develop the strategy, tactical plan, and posting schedule for editorial content aligned with SEO strategies and guidelines.
Develop and manage Press Office and Public Relations strategies, building media relationships and securing positive, strategic coverage.
Lead and develop a high-performance team.
Manage relationships with external agencies, freelance producers, and other suppliers, ensuring project quality and delivery.
Prepare strategic communication plans, define KPIs, monitor metrics, and present projections and results to the executive team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related fields.
Proven experience in brand and communications management, preferably in technology, services, or e-commerce companies.
Experience in planning and executing events (online and offline).
Solid experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
Strong leadership and team management skills (minimum 5 years leading teams).
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, fluent in Portuguese.
Strategic mindset, creativity, and a passion for innovation.
Analytical skills to turn data into insights and action plans.
Preferred qualifications:
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Branding, Digital Marketing, or Project Management.
Knowledge of the weddings and events market.
Experience with project management and marketing automation tools.
