  • Manage complete sales cycle and ensure exceptional satisfaction at every touchpoint
  • Expand strategic partnerships, identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and provide customers with pivotal insights
  • Travel across the United States to meet clients and represent the company at trade shows

Requirements

  • Technical training in mechanical, industrial, or process engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or order processing within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of valves and actuation
  • Experience preparing quotes and handling orders using ERP/CRM systems
  • Proven ability to communicate technical product information effectively to customers
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable with travel requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and ERP systems
