Responsibilities

  • Articulate value opportunities for customers with supporting capability roadmaps for realization
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand goals, context and needs
  • Lead CMS and software-related aspects of RFxs
  • Develop and conduct powerful demonstrations in a customer context
  • Lead post-sales implementation projects with key accounts to ensure successful operation of CMS

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software-focused pre-sales or technical sales
  • Extensive experience working with software solutions integrated into ecosystems of third-party hardware and software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
