About the role

  • Administrative Assistant managing client communications and administrative tasks for Genesis Group, an agro-food certification platform. Collaborating in a technologically innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor registration requests;
  • Create work orders and enter registrations in the system;
  • Correct information in work orders;
  • Communicate with clients;
  • Provide administrative support at a national level;
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and performance indicators;
  • Monitor performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Previous experience in administrative roles;
  • Intermediate Excel and experience with Power BI are a plus.
