About the role

  • Administrative Assistant working at Desjardins, supporting management operations and coordinating activities across teams. Engaging with various stakeholders to ensure efficient management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of secretarial tasks, including drafting, formatting, updating, producing, and proofreading informational documents for various departments
  • Carry out a range of administrative duties related to internal operations (sales follow-up, dashboards, expense report management, inventory and equipment control, performance evaluations, etc.)
  • Support the manager with calendar management and follow-up, including calls, emails, and mail
  • Prepare for and attend various meetings, including management committee meetings; take minutes and ensure follow-up on action items
  • Participate in the logistical organization of events (team meetings, committees, assemblies, travel, public relations activities, etc.)
  • Collaborate in preparing the annual budget and monitoring it throughout the year (analysis and justification of variances).

Requirements

  • Diploma from a vocational/trade school in a related field
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
