Responsibilities
Perform a variety of secretarial tasks, including drafting, formatting, updating, producing, and proofreading informational documents for various departments

Support the manager with calendar management and follow-up, including calls, emails, and mail

Collaborate in preparing the annual budget and monitoring it throughout the year (analysis and justification of variances).
Requirements
Diploma from a vocational/trade school in a related field
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
