About the role

  • Account Manager at beckconsult managing customer relationships in the IT and telecommunications sector. Driving sales and customer satisfaction while ensuring long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Confidently and assertively conduct sales conversations and close deals
  • Work independently while adhering to defined parameters
  • Provide competent customer advice and build long-term customer relationships
  • Manage your existing accounts with upselling potential
  • Independently acquire new customers in the B2B/business-customer environment

Requirements

  • You are outgoing with strong self-motivation and assertiveness
  • You have sales experience, ideally in the IT and/or telecommunications sector, and/or a completed commercial or technical vocational qualification
  • You are proficient in all MS Office applications
  • Your working style is proactive and performance- and quality-oriented
