Responsibilities
Dominio de procesos end-to-end de campañas digitales
Relación operativa con cliente
Control de facturación
Principal punto de contacto asegurando un acompañamiento y consultoría estratégica
Control de la cuenta a nivel administrativo, facturación y rentabilidad
Control y optimización de la operación necesaria para la entrega del servicio y cumplimiento de KPIs
Liderazgo y desarrollo del equipo multidisciplinario que da atención a la cuenta
Servicio y atención de calidad a los clientes
Mantenimiento y crecimiento de las cuentas
Implementación con calidad del scope de servicio y entendimiento de SLA
Guiar y desarrollar a los Analistas y Pasantes que se encuentren bajo su supervisión
Requirements
Experiencia mínimo de 2 a 4 años en agencias de marketing digital
Preferiblemente si el foco ha sido performance, conversión, & media, dominio de marketing digital & social media
Conocimiento de performance & media, dominio de marketing digital: SEO, CRM Básico & Social Media
Inglés intermedio - avanzado
Manejo las plataformas de Google Ads y Meta Ads
