About the role

  • Source, qualify and contact passive clients online
  • Own and manage a large and consistent pipeline of sales opportunities and clients by cold calling and sourcing online
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
  • Network with clients
  • Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
  • Keep detailed records of clients’ information and past feedback for future roles
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them
  • Adhere to core activity metrics laid out by management
  • Match highly skilled accounting and finance professionals with clients’ projects, temporary assignments and temporary to full-time opportunities
  • Managing ongoing assignments to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Provide ongoing communication and guidance to candidates
  • Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase Roessel Joy presence in the local business community

Requirements

  • BS/BA in business management or sales field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced competitive sales environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Desire to grow and take on more responsibilities
  • Desire to exceed metric benchmarks and become a top producer
  • 1+ Years’ experience as a top producer from other staffing agency
