About the role

  • Account Executive driving sales and delivering value to mid-market and enterprise retail clients with Maropost's product suite. Empowering retailers to unlock their potential through tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for new opportunities across our commerce and retail platforms (Neto, Retail Express, Marketing Cloud, Merchandising Cloud)
  • Prospect, qualify, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise retail/e-commerce customers
  • Build account plans and lead value-based sales conversations tailored to each customer’s goals
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure customers grow with us
  • Keep your pipeline sharp and forecasts accurate
  • Represent Maropost at industry events, webinars, and partner engagements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience (ideally in SaaS or retail tech)
  • A proven track record selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Strong discovery, solution selling, and closing skills
  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • Knowledge of retail workflows (eCommerce, POS, CX, Martech, logistics - all a plus!)
  • A self-starter mindset and passion for delivering customer value
  • Comfort working independently in a remote-first environment
