Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle for new opportunities across our commerce and retail platforms (Neto, Retail Express, Marketing Cloud, Merchandising Cloud)
Prospect, qualify, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise retail/e-commerce customers
Build account plans and lead value-based sales conversations tailored to each customer’s goals
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure customers grow with us
Keep your pipeline sharp and forecasts accurate
Represent Maropost at industry events, webinars, and partner engagements
Requirements
5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience (ideally in SaaS or retail tech)
A proven track record selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts
Strong discovery, solution selling, and closing skills
Experience influencing multiple stakeholders, including C-suite executives
Knowledge of retail workflows (eCommerce, POS, CX, Martech, logistics - all a plus!)
A self-starter mindset and passion for delivering customer value
Comfort working independently in a remote-first environment
