Responsibilities
Successfully lead one or several client relationships
Receive client briefs and drive projects from start to finish
Distill client briefings, coordinate teams, organize projects, support productions, prepare budgets and cost estimates, plan timelines and resources, and define clear actions
Communicate clear milestones to all stakeholders, including potential obstacles to successful project delivery
Possess strong financial, analytical and creative understanding
Identify new opportunities with existing and new clients
Advise clients with sound, practical recommendations
Develop and maintain excellent relationships across the agency, clients and any partners involved
Help shape our agency culture
Requirements
Minimum five years’ experience in a marketing agency or dynamic client-facing environment
Can-do attitude with a desire to get things done
Manage projects independently from end to end
Passion for project delivery, budgets and processes
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Team player: treat colleagues and partners with respect and fairness
Curious and eager to learn new skills
Confidently engage and lead clients and project teams
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
