Responsibilities
Help launch and support HR systems (performance reviews, learning platforms, HR tools)
Audit HR data and build workflows, SOPs, and policies
Support performance review cycles, career pathing, and learning & development programs
Be the go-to HR contact in the Austin office
Plan engagement activities and events
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, HR compliance, and employee questions
Maintain HR trackers, dashboards, and reports
Support compensation benchmarking and workforce analytics projects
Partner with leaders and employees across departments on HR initiatives and special projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
No prior HR experience required, we will teach you
