About the role

  • HR Coordinator managing HR systems and employee engagement in Austin. Collaborating across departments to improve HR processes and support employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Help launch and support HR systems (performance reviews, learning platforms, HR tools)
  • Audit HR data and build workflows, SOPs, and policies
  • Support performance review cycles, career pathing, and learning & development programs
  • Be the go-to HR contact in the Austin office
  • Plan engagement activities and events
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, HR compliance, and employee questions
  • Maintain HR trackers, dashboards, and reports
  • Support compensation benchmarking and workforce analytics projects
  • Partner with leaders and employees across departments on HR initiatives and special projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • No prior HR experience required, we will teach you
  • Highly organized and love checklists, structure, and follow-through
  • High energy and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Grit; stay persistent and figure things out
  • Enjoy working with systems, data, and documentation
  • Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping details
  • Handle confidential information professionally
  • Take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Like solving problems and improving how things work
  • Curious, eager to learn, and want to grow quickly into a well-rounded HR professional
