- Rethinking apprenticeship recruiting — join our dynamic team!
- Advise and work closely with operational units and departments on all aspects of the recruiting process
- Help design and develop our recruiting strategy with a focus on a positive candidate experience and the integration of current recruiting trends
- Collect, analyze, and report relevant recruiting metrics (KPIs)
- Identify apprenticeship needs and create job postings across the Zech Group
- Design selection procedures for apprenticeships, dual study programs, and trainee positions
- Plan and organize trade fairs and participate in school, university, and other recruiting events
- Conduct marketing activities to increase employer attractiveness and raise awareness
- Manage and develop our company account(s) on social media
- Contribute to projects and special tasks in HR Marketing & Recruiting
Requirements
- You have a completed degree — ideally in business administration with a focus on HR, sociology, or psychology — or vocational training (e.g., HR services specialist) with additional qualifications
- You have solid experience in recruiting and are familiar with the latest methods and platforms
- Analytical thinking and a strong affinity for metrics help you make data-based decisions
- With strong communication skills, you inspire people and identify talent
- A structured, solution-oriented working style makes you a valuable sparring partner within the team
