Responsibilities
You provide administrative and organizational support for the execution of the recruiting and onboarding processes.
You independently coordinate appointments for interviews, pre-employment checks and similar events.
You assist in collecting all relevant documents and information required to finalize employment contracts.
You process applications and supplementary agreements related to support for voluntary professional development measures.
You provide administrative and organizational support for the supervision of our dual-study students and apprentices, as well as for events related to apprenticeship recruiting.
You independently organize general office tasks and ensure smooth operations within the recruiting team.
Requirements
You have completed a commercial vocational training qualification (m/f/d), for example as an Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, or Personnel Services Clerk, and have relevant professional experience in HR or office assistance.
You demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills.
You work in a structured, meticulous manner and with a high degree of accuracy.
You are a reliable, team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
You are proficient in the routine use of common MS Office applications.
You have a very high level of written and spoken German.
