Responsibilities
Act as an independent Talent Acquisition Specialist, attracting and engaging candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and design effective recruitment strategies
Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions and job specifications
Think outside the box to identify and attract talent by proactively sourcing candidates through databases, social media, and other channels
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, using reliable sourcing, screening, and selection methods
Prepare and deliver well-structured and data-driven recruitment reports
Provide support, when needed, in general HR activities within a growing office, including personnel administration, training initiatives, and people development projects
Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment, either in an agency or in-house environment
Understanding of different recruitment approaches within the IT industry
Ability to collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and multiple stakeholders
Strong autonomy: ability to organize your time, set priorities, and deliver results
Excellent communication skills with candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process
Results-driven mindset with proven experience in sourcing and hiring talent at scale
Experience working with an ATS (Workable is considered a plus)
Fluency in Italian and English
Passion for the IT world
Curiosity and willingness to learn core HR processes
