Responsibilities
- Act as an independent Talent Acquisition Specialist, attracting and engaging candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and design effective recruitment strategies
- Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions and job specifications
- Think outside the box to identify and attract talent by proactively sourcing candidates through databases, social media, and other channels
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, using reliable sourcing, screening, and selection methods
- Prepare and deliver well-structured and data-driven recruitment reports
- Provide support, when needed, in general HR activities within a growing office, including personnel administration, training initiatives, and people development projects
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, either in an agency or in-house environment
- Understanding of different recruitment approaches within the IT industry
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and multiple stakeholders
- Strong autonomy: ability to organize your time, set priorities, and deliver results
- Excellent communication skills with candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process
- Results-driven mindset with proven experience in sourcing and hiring talent at scale
- Experience working with an ATS (Workable is considered a plus)
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Passion for the IT world
- Curiosity and willingness to learn core HR processes
