About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as an independent Talent Acquisition Specialist, attracting and engaging candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and design effective recruitment strategies
  • Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions and job specifications
  • Think outside the box to identify and attract talent by proactively sourcing candidates through databases, social media, and other channels
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, using reliable sourcing, screening, and selection methods
  • Prepare and deliver well-structured and data-driven recruitment reports
  • Provide support, when needed, in general HR activities within a growing office, including personnel administration, training initiatives, and people development projects

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, either in an agency or in-house environment
  • Understanding of different recruitment approaches within the IT industry
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong autonomy: ability to organize your time, set priorities, and deliver results
  • Excellent communication skills with candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process
  • Results-driven mindset with proven experience in sourcing and hiring talent at scale
  • Experience working with an ATS (Workable is considered a plus)
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Passion for the IT world
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn core HR processes
