About the role

  • Community-Manager connecting diverse applicants to teams in social care. Developing targeted communication and maintaining relationships with schools and partners for recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge-builder and enabler
  • Develop targeted job ads and social media content
  • Respond quickly and respectfully to inquiries
  • Conduct initial interviews and support candidates through to hire
  • Build community contacts, networks and partnerships
  • Maintain relationships with schools, partner organizations and communities
  • Serve as the point of contact for questions about positions and career entry

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting / community management OR genuine enthusiasm for the role
  • Foreign language skills (at least B2) and enjoyment of intercultural exchange
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent and digital affinity
  • Empathy, patience and a desire to support people
  • Understanding of care and service activities or willingness to learn and get acquainted with them
